Delivery & Payment

We deliver with our own team, not a courier company. Someone from the atelier brings the composition, so it arrives exactly as we arranged it.

Orders confirmed before 15:00 are delivered the same day. You can name an exact time, add a handwritten note, or ask for full discretion - we settle every detail before we set off.

If the exact address isn't known, the courier will quietly confirm it on the spot, without giving away the surprise.

You can collect a finished order from the atelier at 22 Svobody Avenue. We're open daily from 9:00 to 20:00 - tell us when suits you and your composition will be waiting.

The cost depends on the district and the time, so the florist confirms it when your order is finalised. That way you see the exact amount before you pay.
