Refund Policy

You can cancel an order with a full refund before the flowers are purchased or work on the composition begins.

If the flowers have already been bought specifically for your order, or the florists have started work, the refund amount is set with the actual costs taken into account, in line with the laws of Ukraine.

Fresh flowers are perishable goods. Compositions of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange in the cases provided for by law.

If you received a composition of inadequate quality, please contact us with photos and a description of the situation. We will review your request and offer a solution in line with the law.

If the recipient is not at the given address, does not answer calls or refuses to accept the order, we contact the person who placed it to agree on what to do next.

A repeat delivery may be charged separately. The question of a refund is resolved with the circumstances and the actual costs taken into account.

Once a refund is agreed, the money is returned by the same method used for payment, within 3 business days, unless the law or the payment system's rules provide otherwise.
